Cricket Australia is seeking a Consumer Growth Specialist to join the Big Bash Leagues team. You will drive fan growth through targeted campaigns, partnerships with Clubs and a focus on attendance, ticket sales, and memberships.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Consumer and Commercial Growth, you will turn insights into action, create crowd-building initiatives, and help convert participants into lifelong fans across junior, senior and community cricket.
