Located in Mortlake NSW, Miz Tutti is an Italian restaurant and pizzeria offering authentic Italian cuisine, traditional recipes, and a welcoming dining experience.
The venue is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing, cooking and presenting a variety of dishes in line with menu requirements and quality standards
Assisting with planning and developing menu items, including contributing ideas for seasonal dishes and specials
Monitoring the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
Maintaining high standards of food preparation, portion control and presentation
Ensuring kitchen areas, equipment and food storage areas are kept clean, organised and compliant with hygiene and food safety regulations
Checking stock levels, rotating ingredients correctly and assisting with ordering and minimising waste




Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times within the kitchen
Working collaboratively with kitchen and front of house staff to ensure effective service during busy periods
About You:
At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Chef
Sound knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations
Ability to maintain high food quality and consistency in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of food safety, sanitation and workplace hygiene requirements
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time and priorities during service
Attention to detail, reliability and a strong commitment to maintaining kitchen standards
Job Type: Permanent / Full-time
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per annum
