About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic service team.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance, diagnostics, repair and installation services across a diverse range of commercial sites.
You will play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of HVAC systems while building strong client relationships and contributing to a culture of technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out scheduled maintenance and inspections on commercial HVAC systems
Diagnose faults and troubleshoot system issues efficiently and accurately
Perform repairs and component replacements to restore optimal system performance
Collaborate with the project team to deliver high-quality installation
Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional service delivery
Collaborate with the wider service team to share knowledge and improve outcomes
Accurately record all service activities using the company's service platform
Stay up to date with industry advancements, technologies, and best practices
Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, industry standards, and company policies
About You
Minimum 2+ years' post-apprenticeship experience in HVAC service and maintenance
Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and repair capabilities
Must be adaptable and comfortable working across service, maintenance, and project environments, as our client base and workload are diverse and continually evolving
Relevant HVAC trade qualifications
Current licences including ARC Licence, VBA (or equivalent), D Licence, and Construction Induction Card
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
Valid driver's licence and clean driving history
