Project Coordinator – Shopfitting

Location: Dandenong South (with travel to project sites)

About the Role
We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our shopfitting team, working closely with our Head of Projects across multiple live sites. You'll help keep retail and hospitality fitouts on track, from programming and trades to client updates and closeout. It suits someone with some coordination experience who wants to grow in shopfitting, with a team that backs you while you do.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Head of Projects in coordinating and tracking multiple onsite shopfitting projects
Support project scheduling, documentation, and progress monitoring
Conduct regular site visits to check progress and assist project teams
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients as required
Maintain accurate project records, reports, and filing systems
Help track project timelines, deliveries, and site requirements




Provide hands-on support to site teams when needed

What We're Looking For
Robust computer literacy is a must
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Willingness to travel to various project sites across the region
Valid driver's license
Enthusiasm to learn and develop in the shopfitting industry
Previous experience in project coordination is essential and a background in construction is advantageous but not essential
