What You'll Be Doing
Lead, coach and develop a team of Claims Case Managers
Drive high-quality claims and customer outcomes
Provide technical guidance on complex claims matters
Ensure compliance with legislation and business requirements
Support performance, engagement and capability uplift
Partner with key stakeholders across the business
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

What You'll Bring




Team leadership experience in Workers Compensation
Strong knowledge of self-insurance schemes
Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
Robust coaching, problem-solving and decision-making ability
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:
Relevant qualification in Health, Rehabilitation, Allied Health or similar.
