HCA Youth and Community Services in North Brisbane is seeking a casual Residential Youth Worker to support children and young people in out-of-home care. You will respond to complex behaviours, including trauma-related challenges, with empathy and trauma-informed care.

The role offers casual hours with advance rostering and access to emergency and ad hoc shifts, with competitive hourly rates. This position requires flexibility to work across shifts as needed.
