About the Role

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for casual Support Workers to join our team and support customers across Brisbane, including North and South Brisbane.

You’ll support people living with mental health and psychosocial disabilities, helping them build confidence, maintain independence and enjoy meaningful everyday experiences. Every day is different, with prospects to provide practical support, build genuine connections and make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred support based on each customer's needs and support plan
Support participants with community access, appointments and daily activities
Assist with domestic duties, meal preparation and budgeting
Support with personal care when required
Assist with medication administration in line with training and support plans
Provide calm and respectful support when managing challenging behaviours
Build positive, skilled relationships with participants

About You
Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle




Weekday availability, including early morning shifts from 6–7 AM onwards
Comfortable working across North and South Brisbane, Clayfield and Greenslopes Houses
Mental health and challenging behaviour experience is preferred, but not essential
Passionate about supporting people with different levels of independence and varying support needs
Compassionate, patient and able to build trust with people
Reliable, respectful and willing to learn
Able to stay calm, think on your feet and problem-solve
