McArthur is seeking an experienced OSHC Program Lead to guide an inclusive care program for children and young people with disability.
This 0.8 FTE role covers after care and Vacation Care hours, requiring a Diploma-level qualification and strong leadership with knowledge of NQF and Child Protected Standards.
You will lead the OSHC team, coordinate enrolments and engage families, ensuring safe, high-quality care across Mornington, Queensland.
