Northern Health is seeking a Senior Pharmacist - Virtual Care & Innovation to lead the implementation and management of virtual care within the Pharmacy Department. The role also drives digital health initiatives and optimises health information systems to support protected, productive care.

Based in our Pharmacy Department, you will lead a clinical team, oversee services to Virtual Health, and collaborate across specialties to advance practice and improve patient outcomes in a up-to-date hospital setting.
