Schindler Lifts is launching a Cadet Program to develop the next generation of Project Managers. The program offers hands-on experience, mentoring, and structured training to advance your leadership and technical skills.

As a Cadet, you’ll work with Project Managers, Engineers, and Operations teams across planning, scheduling, and reporting, with site visits and exposure to field operations. A recent graduate or early-career qualified is encouraged to apply.
