Endeavour Foundation is seeking an experienced NDIS Services Team Lead to join our Brisbane team. You will lead a team of NDIS coordinators and rostering officers, ensuring high-quality enabling services and a positive client experience.

Reporting to the Operations Manager of Client Services, the role involves workforce optimisation, coaching, and contributing to continuous improvement. Flexibility includes 3 days in the office and 2 days' work from home.
