Due to business growth, we are recruiting for a proactive Technical Business Development Specialist to join our Blackwoods team at our Canning Vale branch.

What you'll be doing:
Engage customers to understand their operating workplace, challenges, and requirements, and identify opportunities where our products and solutions can add value.
Create demand for targeted products and solutions, growing market share and sales.
Run customer trials and demonstrations, including product evaluations and proof-of-concept activities.
Conduct workplace assessments and recommend solutions that can improve safety, productivity, and compliance.
Support customer projects, tenders, evaluations, and solution implementation activities.
Bring customer feedback, product insights, and market observations back to our Sales and Category teams to support ongoing category development and future growth prospects.

What you'll bring:
Experience in business development, customer engagement and/or in relevant sales solutions




The ability to build customer relationships and influence product adoption through credible technical advice and consultation.
Solid problem-solving skills and an ability to translate customer needs into fit-for-purpose recommendations.
Confidence presenting, demonstrating products, and communicating with a broad range of stakeholders.
B2B experience will be highly regarded.
A current driver's licence will be required for success in this position.
