About you:
A qualified Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineer.
Experienced in overseeing and improving operational engineering, manufacturing and maintenance initiatives.
A hands-on leader who enjoys 'rolling the sleeves up' and getting your hands dirty.
Skilled at applying LEAN, Agile, and C.I. initiatives.
Experienced with leading practices across multiple sites - Australia, China and Thailand.
Robust project management skills including CAPEX projects.
A no-compromise approach to safety.

What you will be doing:
Driving & improving operational efficiency, reliability and scalability.
Making disciplined ROI decisions.
Developing the global manufacturing and engineering standards.




Playing a hands-on role in leading a small team of people.
Improving reliability, efficiency and focusing on downtime reduction.
Ensuring compliance and operational risk reduction.
Applying robust commercial acumen to engineering decisions.
