We're on the lookout for a proactive and reliable Maintenance Officer to join our team on a Full-Time basis (Monday to Friday - 8:30 AM to 4:36 PM) at our residential aged care facility in Young.
As our Maintenance Officer, you'll take ownership of the facility's upkeep, ensuring everything operates efficiently and safely.
You'll be the go-to person for identifying issues, coordinating repairs, and keeping our setting at the highest standard.

What are your key responsibilities?
Carrying out general maintenance and repairs (basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and building work)
Keeping our outdoor spaces looking their best with gardening and grounds maintenance — mowing, hedging, sweeping, hosing and general upkeep
Completing planned preventative maintenance in line with site schedules
Responding to reactive maintenance requests across your designated areas
Monitoring maintenance works to ensure regulatory compliance
Actively contributing to Work Health & Safety practices
