St Mary's Home Service is seeking caring Home Care Workers to join our community care team on the Sunshine Coast.
This is a community-based role travelling to client homes across the region, with personal care and daily living support.
You will work part-time, provide assistance with meals, transportation and companionship, follow individual care plans, and help clients remain independent in their own homes.
