Job Description

Have a flexible approach to adapting to guest requests, and have the necessary skills to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar leadership role
An enthusiastic hospo soul, inspiring the Food & Beverage team to provide our patrons with a genuinely unforgettable experience
Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
Experienced with local marketing knowledge in the restaurant industry is highly desired
The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
Demonstrated high-quality service standard
