Job Description
Workpac Group is sourcing a Production Coordinator for a leading Australian precast concrete manufacturer in Toowoomba, Queensland.
The role is a temp-to-perm prospect starting with a morning shift (5:00am–1:00pm), and includes a $80 weekly attendance bonus.
Ideal candidates have leadership experience (team leader, supervisor or senior operator) and proven ability to coordinate on-floor production, materials, and schedules while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.
