About you:
In your recent role you will…
Utilise high level Occupational Therapy knowledge and skills in the area of NDIS and complex discharge planning to provide advice, clinical guidance and consultation to CHHHS senior management, clinical staff and other relevant stakeholders.
Provide and actively contribute to the development of inter-professional competence for all clinicians involved in the area of NDIS to improve outcomes for NDIS eligible patients living with a disability.
Liaise and work effectively in a skilled manner with clients and their carers, other health professionals, students and external agencies to achieve a client centred approach, utilising negotiation and conflict resolution skills as required.
