Sydney Local Health District seeks an Aboriginal Mental Health Care Navigator at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital to coordinate and improve access to Aboriginal Community Mental Health services. You will support interagency collaboration and help ensure trauma-informed, culturally secure care across transitions.

The role requires relevant Bachelor-level health qualification or registration with AHPRA (Nurses/OTs/Psychologists) or eligibility for AASW.
