TechSkill Academy, part of the EFLR Group, seeks an experienced RTO Manager to oversee day-to-day RTO operations, Student Services, and the Trainer & Assessor network. You will lead the team, set priorities, and hands-on manage critical processes to ensure compliance and service excellence.
You’ll report to the Head of Sales & Marketing and work closely with Tech, Finance and other groups to solve operational issues and continuously improve the student journey from enrolment to completion.
