BLU by Adcorp is seeking a Workforce Welfare & Account Manager for the PALM division, based near Castlemaine, VIC. You will act as the BLU representative on the ground, bridging PALM workers with a large host employer in food processing and supply chain.
The role is hands-on, requiring solid interpersonal skills, cultural awareness and the ability to manage worker welfare, compliance and client relationships across regions with some travel to Melbourne as needed.
