Ten Minutes by Tractor is seeking a Chef de Partie with previous fine dining experience to join our renowned Mornington Peninsula kitchen.
You will craft complex, seasonally driven dishes in a high-performing kitchen alongside a robust FOH and culinary team.
This is a permanent, on-site role with a flexible weekly roster and paid overtime.
