Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Household Living Coach to strengthen person-centred care across residential households by coaching and developing staff to deliver high-quality, individualised support that aligns with residents’ goals, wellbeing and independence.

You will lead Homemakers and care teams, promote Moments that Matter and Food First, and mentor teams to translate care principles into daily practice while upholding safety and quality standards.
