Are you ready to assist clients, arranging property viewings, negotiating deals, and successfully closing sales or rental transaction?

What You'll Do:
Arranging and conducting property viewings
Keeping up to date with the current market rate
Building relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants
Following up with leads and generating listings
Finding and contacting potential client's
Calling out for your property listings
Taking professional photos of your listings
Working towards Sales and commission targets




Negotiating prices and offers
Prepare and manage contracts and paperwork for property sales and rentals deals

Qualifications:
Experience within a sales industry but is not mandatory
Fluent in English with positive communication skills
Positive and hardworking attitude
Presentable, qualified and open
Positive negotiation and organisational skills
UK/UAE drivers licence ( you will be required to rent a car, which we will arrange for you at your own expense)
Reliable, punctual and committed
Resilient and able to handle challenges and rejection
Time management
