Job Description
PRP Diagnostic Imaging in Blacktown is seeking a motivated leader to head the inbound patient and referrer contact centre for a 12‐month fixed‐term full‐time role, based at our Blacktown Contact Centre.
You will recruit, coach and develop your team to consistently meet service levels, act as escalation point for complex enquiries, monitor KPIs, and work with Team Seniors and Office Managers to deliver outstanding patient care during our digital transformation.
