Findlay Food Coatings Asia Pacific (FFCAP) in Melbourne is seeking a Senior NPD Scientist to lead current product development from concept to commercial launch.
You will perform bench formulation, pilot runs, and scale-up, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure traceable, high-quality outputs.
The ideal candidate has a degree in Food Science and 3+ years in NPD within food manufacturing, with hands-on formulation experience and strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems.
