Shellharbour City Council is seeking a Team Leader - City Presentation to lead cleaning and maintenance across public spaces, including streets, assets, and boat ramps.
The role is hands-on and focuses on coordinating daily operations and supporting team performance to ensure assets are safe and well-presented for the community.
You will organise resources, drive improvements in our quality system, and develop team members while fostering a solid community service ethos within the Council.
