Align Care is seeking a Carer / Disability Support Worker / Assistant in nursing to support participants with personal care, daily living activities, and community access in Cooma, NSW.
You will follow participant care plans, help with meals and household tasks, provide emotional support and companionship, complete progress notes, and collaborate with families and staff to promote independence.
