Valuable Shepherd Australia New Zealand is seeking a Youth Homelessness Case Manager for a part-time max-term role based in Brimbank, Melton, and surrounding areas.
You will provide holistic, client-centred support to young people aged 15 to 25 experiencing or at risk of homelessness, delivering case management, outreach, housing support and advocacy.
The role requires a tertiary qualification in Youth Work, Social Work or Community Services, experience with homelessness, and mandatory checks.
