Ahpra seeks a Legal Advisor to provide high quality legal advice and litigation support on registration matters and related appeals. You will work with the Senior Legal Advisor and partner with internal teams to support regulatory decision-making.
The role requires an unrestricted Australian practising certificate and at least 5 years post-qualification experience, with robust litigation and advisory capabilities in administrative or public law contexts. Hybrid work arrangement available.
