Macquarie’s Digital Bank team seeks an Engineering Manager to own design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of product platforms. You will hire, retain and grow an engineering team that aligns with business needs and architecture, mentoring engineers and tackling complex technology issues.

You will lead 20–40 engineers across 2–4 teams, with a solid emphasis on scalable, high‑quality web applications and a product‑driven, Agile mindset. Hybrid working arrangements are supported.
