Job Description
Melaleuka Farm Hospitality Group is seeking a highly experienced Precinct Manager to lead front-of-house operations at the C.Y. O'Connor Precinct in Piara Waters, WA.
You will oversee guest experience, team culture, and financial performance across several venues, coordinating with the Executive Chef to connect FOH and BOH in a true farm-to-table program.
Responsibilities include leading service, rostering, stock control, and staff development in a high-volume setting.
