You will manage complex booking enquiries, escalate when needed, and collaborate with Reservations, Operations, Air, and Product to secure seamless outcomes for our travel agent partners.
You will build strong relationships with trade partners, protect bookings, and contribute ideas to improve processes and the partner experience in a quick-paced travel environment.
