Job Description
Southern Cross Care WA Inc. is seeking a Mental Health Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across two WA aged care sites—Frank Prendergast House, Success and Margaret Hubery House, Rossmoyne.
The permanent part time position covers 4 days per fortnight.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, perform assessments, administer medications, provide crisis support, and maintain clinical records in our electronic systems.
