Wangara Cultivation Co. is seeking reliable Crop Hands to support all aspects of cultivation and post-harvest in our fully indoor, controlled-environment facility.
This hands-on role focuses on productivity, consistency, and plant quality in a rapid-paced setting.
You will assist with planting, transplanting, pruning, harvesting support, and maintaining hygiene and logs to meet daily production targets.
Experience in horticulture or controlled environment growing is desirable.
