Job Description
Red Rock Leisure in Port Douglas is seeking experienced Duty Managers and Supervisors to join its iconic venues, Rattle N Hum and Paddy's Irish Pub.
These busy bars and restaurants value hospitality and customer service, with a hands-on approach to daily operations.
The ideal candidate will lead and motivate staff, handle day-to-day challenges, and work adaptable day, night, and weekend shifts in a high-volume, tropical setting in Far North Queensland.
