Clinton Grand, the luxury residential division of WestUrban Group, seeks an experienced Senior Estimator to join Melbourne team and drive cost strategy for architecturally designed homes.
Reporting to Operations Manager, you will lead estimating, develop feasibility budgets, build supplier relationships and provide strategic cost advice through design and pre-construction.
The role offers autonomy, mentorship, and a path to shape growth of Clinton Grand with premium projects in Melbourne.
