An prospect exists to join a successful family owned civil construction company based in Narre Warren, Victoria. Gearon Civil Pty Ltd carries out major infrastructure projects across Melbourne and regional Victoria.

The Prospect:

We are looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our small team on full time time basis. The successful applicant will provide maintenance support for our fleet of earthmoving and civil construction equipment including preventative maintenance, servicing, and repairs at our well equipped workshop in Narre Warren, and at various work sites.

Hours of work, and terms and conditions of employment are all negotiable.

Criteria for the Role:

Demonstrated relevant experience in maintaining and repairing plant including excavators from 1 to 30 tonne, Positracks, Rollers, Bulldozers, Compactors, Graders, Watercarts, and various small plant.

Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision

Current RIW rail SWIRC & TTSA preferred
