Infosys is seeking a Customer Service Desk Specialist to deliver Help Desk support for large-scale UEM/EMM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, Ivanti). Location is Melbourne/Sydney with hybrid work options.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, 3+ years in service desk roles, Australian citizenship, and availability for a 24x7 roster. Salary is AUD 82,544–87,992 annually with a case-by-case adaptable approach.
