What to expect
Lead from the Front:Keep our Bar, Café and Restaurant operations running smoothly while creating a fun and energetic atmosphere.
Motivate & Develop:Lead, coach and support your team to build confidence, capability and great service skills.
Deliver Great Service:Set the standard for outstanding customer service and ensure every guest feels welcomed.




Keep the Team Engaged:Help create a positive workplace where people enjoy coming to work and feel part of the team.
Work with Leadership:Partner with your onsite leadership team to help drive the success of the Club.
Safety First:Help maintain a safe, compliant and welcoming environment for both our team and guests.
About You
You'll need to live and breathe our groupwideCARESvalues —Connected,Aligned,Respectful,Engaging andSupportive.
You're approachable, confident and professional.
You have experience leading and engaging a team.
You're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
You're a hands-on team player who isn't afraid to jump in and get involved.
You have experience in a fast-paced food and/or beverage environment.
You're comfortable using POS and food and beverage systems.
You have the leadership skills to coach and mentor a diverse team.
You hold, or are willing to obtain, anRSA, RSG and Food Safety Certificate.
