Mad Mex in Sydney is seeking a Technical Systems Analyst to keep our restaurants, systems and Support Office running smoothly. You’ll own complex escalations, diagnose root causes and implement smarter fixes across POS, cloud, Microsoft 365, Azure and integrations.

You’ll work with vendors on issues, support current restaurant openings and technology rollouts, and help build stronger IT processes through automation and AI. A hands-on problem solver with scripting skills fits best.
