About the role:
Our team is growing, and we are currently seeking aHospital CleaneratHealesville Hospital (Healesville, Victoria)onpermanent, Part-Timebasis.
Located 1 hour 20 minutes from Melbourne's CBD, Healesville hospital is a small rural public hospital servicing the local Yarra community.
Working within a small, close-knit team, the incumbents will provide essential cleaning services across the site.
Shifts:
The incumbent must be able to work the following shift, with flexibility and additional hours available for the right person.
Sunday 10am to 5:30pm and Monday, 10am to 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities
Perform theatre cleaning to a high standard to ensure the continued hygienic use and safety of the theatre
Safe handling of chemical and/or hazardous substances in the performance of cleaning duties
Decontamination of surfaces after the initial clinical waste spillage has been removed by clinical staff
Identifying and recording any problems relating to cleaning services and/or safety

About you:
Demonstrate a positive attitude and drive to deliver strong customer service
A strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to sterilisation and hygiene practice is required to be successful in this role
Ability to work Sunday 10am to 5:30pm and Monday, 10am to 4:30pmas required
Police Clearance, or ability to obtain, isessential
Current influenza vaccination, or ability to obtain,is essential
