Job Description
Navia is a community-driven, Scandinavian bathhouse that combines traditional hot-cold therapy with a relaxed, inviting atmosphere.
We're here to make wellness accessible, enjoyable, and part of daily life, honouring the warmth and inclusivity of 'hygge'.
Navia is seeking a reliable Bathhouse Supervisor to support daily operations, open/close the space, and guide front-of-house and massage staff.
Working hours range from 6.30am - 8.45pm, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
