Job Description
Bayside Health is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for the Caulfield Community Health Service on a fixed-term, part-time basis (2 days per week) through to June ****.
The role focuses on assessments, home modifications, and care planning for adults, mainly 65+, within a collaborative team.
You will work at Caulfield Hospital site, engaging with local councils and service providers to support independence and secure home environments, with access to staff benefits and salary packaging options.
