Contract Finance & Accounting (CFA) team
is hiring! One of the
highest-performing teams in our Asia-Pacific operations
, this well-established practice specialises in placing finance and accounting professionals across Melbourne. Our key focus areas include:




n Accounts Payable/Receivable
n Payroll
n Bookkeeping
n Assistant Accountant Roles
n
Your role & responsibilities
n
As a member of the CFA team, you will:
n Expand your professional network and develop strong business relationships across the Melbourne market.
n Lead your own business development initiatives.
n Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline in your area of specialisation.
n Deliver end-to-end talent solutions for clients across various industries.
n Stay informed about market trends and provide consultative insights.
n Participate in company events, networking activities, CSR initiatives, and community engagement opportunities.
n
What we look for:
n
We welcome candidates with either of the following backgrounds:
n ✔
360-Degree Recruitment Experience
(ideally 2+ years) – with expertise in both client and candidate management. Experience in Finance & Accounting recruitment is a plus but not mandatory
n OR
n ✔
B2B/consultative sales experience
(ideally 3+ years) – looking to leverage your awesome sales acumen in a people-focused, financially rewarding career alongside a fabulous team of people.
