Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Sydney for a fully remote, adaptable hourly contract. You will build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code, reviewing AI outputs and providing expert feedback to help AI systems think more like developers.

You’ll write code, debug across languages, and design prompts to stress-test AI capabilities, while working independently on your own schedule. The role requires solid programming skills and explicit technical communication.
