Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 (CNS2) in Child and Family Health to extend the role of registered nurses through autonomous home visiting, child health checks and advanced clinical practice within the Extended Child and Family Health Support Service (ECFHSS) in the community.
This NSW Health position is based in the Hornsby Sector with up to 38 hours per week, offered as permanent full time and part-time roles; immunisation and NSW Health
