Our centre has recently undergone a complete renovation. Our transformed indoor and outdoor spaces have been thoughtfully designed to inspire learning, creativity and exploration, while giving our educators beautiful environments in which to work.
We care for children from six weeks to school age. As a growing, family-owned business, we are committed to high-quality early childhood education and care, with a warm “home away from home” feel.
The opportunity
Working alongside the Centre Director, you will help guide the day-to-day operation of the centre and support a team of educators to deliver thoughtful, child-centred practice. You will build positive relationships with children and families, mentor your colleagues and help maintain a safe, welcoming and high-quality learning setting.
We are looking for someone who brings initiative and fresh ideas, values each child’s individuality and enjoys helping others grow.

What you’ll bring
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Experience supporting or leading a team in an early childhood setting
Sound knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Standard and relevant legislation
A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Robust communication skills and a genuine commitment to children, families and educators
A growth mindset, good judgement and a passion for continuous improvement
