Monadelphous is seeking a Safety and Training Coordinator to join our Brisbane Operations team on a permanent basis. Based in Brisbane, the role supports projects across Queensland, Current South Wales, Victoria and PNG, driving health, safety, learning and development across diverse project settings.

You will deliver the Leading the Protected Way Supervisor program, support multiple learning initiatives, design and run workshops, and provide HSE advice across sites.
