Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Transitional Nurse Practitioner (TNP) with advanced clinical expertise in palliative care to join the Palliative Aged Care Supportive Service (PACSS) across Northern Beaches Residential Aged Care Facilities.
You will deliver advanced nursing assessment, diagnosis, and clinical care, provide leadership, and support governance to strengthen end-of-life care models in aged care settings.
